As a dedicated SEND Consultant, I work dynamically across your entire school community to elevate student outcomes and lower staff workload. I specialise in helping SENCOs, designing effective sensory circuits, and creating bespoke provision packages complete with ready-to-use resources. My practical approach includes modelling best practice directly in the classroom, delivering targeted staff training, and providing impactful 1:1 therapeutic work for students. Bridging the gap between home and school, I also work closely with parents to help them understand their child's needs and navigate the support system. Three Tier Model

My approach is built around three interconnected tiers, designed to help schools develop inclusive practice, strengthen staff confidence and expertise, and ensure that pupils with SEND receive the support they need to thrive.

Each tier builds on the last, enabling schools to identify their strengths and areas for development, implement meaningful changes, and sustain improvements over time.

Tier 1: IDENTIFY & DEVELOP

SEND Audit, Strategic Review and SENCo Support

• Whole-School SEND Audit: An honest, evidence-informed review of SEND provision, identifying strengths, gaps and priorities for development.

• Inclusive Provision Review: Evaluating provision mapping, Quality First Teaching, interventions and how effectively support meets pupils' needs.

• SEND Reform and Best Practice: Supporting schools to understand relevant reforms, review existing approaches and develop provision in line with current guidance and best practice.

Outcome: A clear picture of current SEND provision, with prioritised recommendations and a practical, achievable action plan tailored to the school's needs.

Tier 2: IMPLEMENT & EMPOWER

Staff Development, Training and Modelling Inclusive Practice

Turning recommendations into meaningful changes in the classroom.

• Bespoke Staff Training: Professional development covering neurodiversity, working memory, inclusive teaching strategies, Quality First Teaching and meeting a range of SEND needs.Demonstrating practical strategies that teachers and support staff can use to remove barriers to learning and improve pupil participation.

• Developing Inclusive Provision: Supporting staff to make effective use of provision mapping, reasonable adjustments, targeted interventions and adaptive teaching.

• Practical SENCo and Staff Guidance: Building staff knowledge and confidence to identify needs, implement appropriate support and evaluate its impact.

Outcome: Staff who feel better equipped to meet diverse needs, more consistent inclusive practice across the school, and practical strategies that can be applied immediately.

• Ongoing SENCo Consultancy: Regular support to review priorities, troubleshoot challenges and strengthen SEND leadership and provision.

• Implementation Support: Working alongside school leaders, SENCos and staff to put agreed recommendations into practice.

• Reviewing Impact: Evaluating whether changes to teaching, interventions and provision are improving pupils' access to learning, participation and progress.

• Building Sustainable Capacity: Leaving schools with a practical toolbox of resources, strategies and knowledge to maintain and develop their own inclusive practice.

Outcome: Sustainable improvements in SEND provision, increased staff confidence and stronger whole-school capacity to meet pupils' needs.
